It is important that you are the right fit for this Senior Property Management Assistant role as much as it is the right fit for you! The ideal candidate will have:

  • Confident and self-motivated individual with excellent customer care skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Previous Property management or lettings experience
  • Full UK Driving License
  • Outstanding communication and coordination abilities.
  • Proven capacity to build strong business relationships.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Fixflo is advantageous.

The important work you will do in this role will contribute to the company's collective success. Here is what you can expect day-to-day:

  • Data entry and project/audit-based tasks.
  • Key cutting.
  • Assisting with key collection arrangements, ensuring keys are ready ahead of contractor visits.
  • Sending correspondence to tenants and landlords.
  • Arranging property visits.
  • Managing office ordering.
  • Logging maintenance and repairs on electronic systems.
  • Ringing and assessing quotes.
  • Liaising with tenants, contractors, and suppliers to coordinate repairs and maintenance.
  • Progressing work through to completion and closing tasks on the system.
  • Performing any ad-hoc administrative tasks assigned.
  • Handling invoicing.
