As a Senior Licensing Property Coordinator, you will be supporting the HMO Team to ensure high levels of service is provided to the clients and specific HMO legislation is followed. Confidently able to apply for property HMO licenses on behalf of Landlords, as well as develop and maintain good working relationships and dialogue with local Councils.

Responsibilities/Duties

  • Confident in delivering exceptional customer service to Landlords and Tenants alike
  • Develop and maintain an excellent level of Property Management technical expertise
  • Develop and maintain an excellent level of HMO and licensing knowledge
  • Support the other members of the HMO Team to ensure a high level of service is provided to clients an specific HMO Legislation is adhered to.
  • Develop good working relationships and dialogue with local councils
  • Confidently able to apply for property HMO Licenses on behalf of Landlords
  • Support the HMO Team manager in monitoring and managing HMO Properties and licence requirements
  • Manage maintenance of properties and maintenance identified from safety certificates, for example FRA'S
  • Develops a good working relationship with the HMO Team colleagues, Property Management team members, accounts team members, compliance team members, and the lettings team members
  • Can navigate various external platforms including Fixflo, Kamma, Inventory Hive and Goodlord
  • Develop excellent relationships with landlords to ensure repeat business.

Experience/Qualifications

  • Confident in delivering exceptional customer service to landlords and tenants alike
  • Preferably has a clear understanding of the HMO Property Management process and requirements
  • Able to manage workload in an organised manner with excellent attention to detail
