Internal Recruiter / Resourcer

Salary: £27,000-£29,000

Hours: Monday to Friday flex on starting at 8 or 9, full time position

Hybrid, 3 days in the office a week. Onsite parking available.

Office Angels are proudly partnering with a leading company on a dynamic internal recruitment position. Due to internal promotions, we are seeking a confident and experienced recruiter with a background in the blue-collar sector. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to join a highly experienced and supportive HR team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and recruit candidates for various roles across the business, working closely with hiring managers to attract and retain top talent.
  • Collaborate with managers to understand their staffing needs and provide timely and effective recruitment solutions. Push back when required to ensure best recruitment practises.
  • Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
  • Screen cvs, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for specific roles.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records on applicant tracking systems.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a resourcing role, either in-house or within an agency, specifically within any blue collar markets such as construction, production, manufacturing etc.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Able to demonstrate working on volume positions, around 20 at one time
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment ATS software and tools.
