We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Purchase Ledger Assistant to join a growing and established company. Previous experience in a Purchase Ledger role and use of Sage is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing supplier invoices and ensuring accurate coding and posting.
- Reconciling supplier statements and resolving any discrepancies.
- Managing payment runs and ensuring timely payments to suppliers.
- Handling queries from suppliers and internal departments.
- Maintaining and updating the purchase ledger system on Sage.
- Supporting the finance team with month-end processes and reports.
This role is a full time temporary position based in Worthing, the hourly rate is paying between £12-£14 per hour.
