Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Geography Teacher to join our vibrant school community in Worthing. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and informative lessons to students across various year groups, fostering a love for geography and promoting critical thinking and spatial awareness skills. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the school's curriculum and objectives. 

• Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support as needed. 

• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and supported. 

• Collaborate with colleagues to develop resources and share best practices. 

• Participate in school events and extracurricular activities as required. 

Requirements: 

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. 

• Strong subject knowledge and a passion for geography. 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

• Ability to motivate and inspire students of all abilities. 

• Dedication to continuous professional development.
