The Role:- Deliver engaging and challenging Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable).
- Inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential in Mathematics.
- Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that cater to a range of learning abilities.
- Assess, track, and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
- Work collaboratively within a supportive and forward-thinking Maths department.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and dynamic learning environment.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Strong subject knowledge in Mathematics with a passion for teaching.
- Experience teaching Maths at the secondary level (NQTs/ECTs welcome).
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
