In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Field Service Team, Calibration Team, and Projects Team to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include preparing quotations for customers, issuing thermal survey reports, system accuracy reports, and calibration certificates. You will also assist with scheduling field service activities and monitor workload and contractual obligations to maintain efficiency and compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • System Support and Calibration Service Level Agreement Renewals for existing and new contracts
  • Order entry processing - Large, Small and SLA projects.
  • Issuing invoices for all service orders.
  • Booking Calibration Contract customers 6-8 weeks in advance.
  • Support our internal and external engineers.
  • Service Request management in Oracle for either in the Field Service Admin Queue or your own queue.
  • Raising purchase requisitions for our internal and external teams.

Skills:

  • Good interpersonal and verbal communication skills, including a good telephone manner.
  • Good written communication skills
  • Excellent administration skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to recognize inconsistency and question.
  • Good Knowledge in Office 365 Suite particularly familiar with Excel
  • Oracle and SAP system knowledge advantageous but not essential
  • Hands-on approach to getting the job done and working beyond job remit as required.
  • Strong ability to follow procedures whilst recognizing when something is not correct.
  • Team player with customer centric approach in dealing with colleagues and all stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and able to work without supervision.
