We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join a sheet metal and steel fabrication company in Worthing. You will work with the general manager to drive new business, develop client relationships, and promote the company's services. A minimum of three years' experience in the sheet metal industry is required.

Responsibilities:
- Work with the general manager to identify and bring in new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients in the sheet metal and steel fabrication industry.
- Promote the company's products and services to potential clients.
- Assist in the growth and expansion of the business.
- Perform other related tasks as required by the role.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years in sheet metal industry (required).
- Previous experience in the sheet metal or manufacturing industry (essential).
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.

Location: Worthing
Salary: 30,000 - 35,000 per annum
Full Time: Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm
