Support Worker

Your new roleYou will be working in a residential Independent living environment, supporting a maximum of 7 individuals with Complex Needs, such as Epilepsy, Acquired Brain Injury or Learning Disabilities. Residents are very independent and there's no hoisting involved. What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum of 6 months UK experience in Social Care.
• Right to work in the UK: minimum of two years left if you are on Sponsorship VISA. **PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT OFFER SPONSORSHIP**
• A caring and compassionate personality, wanting to make a difference in people's lives.
• Flexibility to work every other weekend.
