  • Familiarity with risk enablement and evidence-based practice.
  • Skilled in analysing and interpreting individual needs and formulating intervention plans.
  • Experience in contributing to or conducting safeguarding inquiries.
  • Proven ability to mentor less experienced colleagues and develop their skills.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with various stakeholders effectively.
  • Awareness of personal accountability, seeking support when necessary and prioritising work effectively.
  • Proficiency in IT skills, ensuring accurate record-keeping and data confidentiality.
