Our client, a growing architectural practice based in Worthing, are seeking an Architectural Technician to join their expanding team. The successful Architectural Technician will be working for a company that specialise in the design and delivery of a variety of projects predominantly within the residential, commercial and mixed-use sectors. The role will mainly comprise of working on various high-rise schemes across the South and London, primarily working on Stages 4/5. This opportunity will allow an Architectural Technologist to add complex projects to their portfolio.
Residential experience would be highly advantageous as our client has a large portfolio & pipeline of exciting projects. Our client primarily uses Revit so experience with the software is required. The successful Architectural Technician will have the opportunity to develop their career in a busy, thriving atmosphere.
Architectural Technician Position Overview
- Working within a number of different sectors
- Work on large scale, complex projects
- Gain strong exposure to RIBA Stages 4/5
- Produce technical details / drawings
- Assisting with any issues quickly
- Use Revit to produce high-quality drawings
Architectural Technician Position Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' relevant experience
- Highly motivated & strong work ethic
- Residential experience highly advantageous
- Strong technical ability
- Live within a commutable distance of Worthing
- Revit knowledge
