As a Receptionist your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming visitors and directing them appropriately.
- Answering incoming calls, transferring calls, and taking messages.
- Performing general administrative tasks such as copying, filing, and scheduling.
- Managing office supplies and ordering new supplies as needed.
- Arranging meetings and booking meeting rooms.
- Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area.
- Handling incoming and outgoing post.
- Supporting other team members with administrative tasks as required

A successful Receptionist should have:
- A professional and friendly manner.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
