My client based in Worthing is seeking to recruit people to work in their Warehouse Department. This area is a busy environment and requires candidates to have a can-do work ethic and be able to multitask. Duties will include:* Ensure the production / logistics facility is effectively run, meeting all of the required GMP and regulatory standards. * Reliable, conscientious individual with good attention detail. * The safe loading, unloading, distribution and stowage of materials, including all necessary system transactions. * Collation and packing of internal and external orders, including dispensing of material to meet the required level of customer service. * Safe use of all mechanical handling equipment that individual technicians are licensed to operate. Required to operate electric pallet stackers, REACH trucks and Counterbalance forklifts. * Ensure all SOPs are followed in full and report any Safety/Quality related issues. * Ensure SAP transactions are completed in a timely manner. * Complete required stock checks to maintain Inventory control. * Be part of a global distribution network for supply of pharmaceuticals, with goods prepared and loaded at site.No minimum level of education identified however following education/experience is preferential: * The ability to be trained and subsequent safe operation of all appropriate mechanical handling equipment, or holding of recent FLT qualification. * Keen Attention to detail to ensure accuracy of documentation and prepation of goods. * Customer focused. * Previous warehouse and/or SAP experienceIf you have the relevant current experience, please apply now.GI Group are an equal opportunities employer who demonstrate respect for diversity by adhering to all applicable legislation, encouraging equal opportunities in recruitment and establishing working practices to safeguard against prejudice.
