Salary: £12.50ph
Schedule: 40 hours per week, any 5/7 days
The main responsibilities of the Chef de Partie would be:
- Lead their section of the kitchen ensuring the service runs efficiently.
- Prepare fresh ingredients to use in high quality meals.
- Guide and nurture the young talented chefs in your team to help them grow both in a personal and professional capacity.
- Produce exceptional food and maintain a consistent proficient level of presentation in each dish.
- Work under the Head and Sous Chef and communicate with them to run an effective kitchen
- Be an experienced chef in the hospitality industry, having previous been a CDP ideally.
- Be reliable and consistent.
- Be confident in services for large groups of guests, up to 150 a la carte.
- Have brilliant teamwork and leadership skills.
- Have a great level of attention to detail.
