In this role, the successful Mobile IT Support Engineer will be providing on-site technical support by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues across various client locations. They will be responsible for setting up, configuring, and maintaining IT equipment, troubleshooting technical problems, and ensuring smooth operation of IT systems, all while delivering efficient, high-quality service to schools and businesses.

The Role:
- Identifying and fixing IT and Technical related issues
- Offering premium IT Support customers
- Providing fast and honest assessments and advice
- Travelling across Southwest
