Sales Negotiator in Wotton-Under-Edge

Basic Salary £20,000 - £22,000 ( dependent on experience) with 3% on all office Commission

Expected OTE £30,000

Summary of Position:

Will be responsible for booking valuations, viewings, maintaining customer records and achieving sales targets

Sound knowledge of, and experience in sales and customer service. The individual must provide unrivalled levels of customer service whilst building relationships at all levels and achieving results.

Will actively demonstrate the ability to expand and develop the current role and add value to the office and the company.

Day to Day Responsibilities

  • · Conducting property viewings
  • · Delivery feedback and holding constructive conversations with vendors
  • · Registering and maintaining regular contact with applicants
  • · Attending take-on appointments and involvement with preparing property particulars and content for social media
  • · Diary management
  • · Sales progression
  • · General office admin

Required Attributes

  • · Experience within the estate agency industry
  • · Strong IT skills; particularly knowledge of Microsoft 365.
  • · Must have a driving licence
  • · Excellent face-to-face and telephone manner
  • · Friendly, enthusiastic and personable
  • · Ability to work within a small team

Hours of Work

· Full time position – 5 days a week to include every Saturday (weekday off in lieu)

· Weekdays – 9am til 5.30pm

· Saturday – 9am till 4pm (or earlier, subject to diary needs)
