The Role
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will:

Own the full finance function, ensuring robust financial controls and reporting.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Business partner with senior leadership, providing insights to drive growth and efficiency.
Optimise cash flow, working capital, and cost management.
Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

The Person
Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with experience in a similar role.
Background in manufacturing, FMCG, or a PE-backed environment preferred.
Strong analytical skills with a commercial mindset.
Hands-on, proactive, and confident working in a fast-paced setting.
Experience improving processes and systems.
