Role Responsibilities- Prepare first draft financial statements for complex assignments, clearing client queries before review
- Draft tax computations and returns for various entities, completing tax working paper schedules
- Ensure final adjustments are processed and financial statements and statutory tax returns are submitted on time
- Provide coaching, training, and support to Associates, sharing knowledge and experience to enhance team performance
- Produce client management accounts and deliver insightful commentary to support client advisory need
- Review and improve the working papers produced by Associates

Candidate RequirementsThe ideal candidate will:
- Be self-motivated, team-oriented, and driven to succeed
- Hold or be working towards ACCA or ACA qualification
- Have strong technical knowledge of accounting and auditing standards
- Possess excellent time management and communication skills
- Have experience with accounting software, including CaseWare (desirable)
- Be passionate about growing within a progressive and supportive environment
- £38,000 to £48,000 per annum
