As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for performing various administrative duties, essential to maintaining an organized and efficient office environment. Your role will be critical in supporting the team and ensuring the smooth flow of operations.

Responsibilities
  • Execute general administrative tasks,
  • managing calendars,
  • scheduling appointments,
  • coordinating meetings,
  • Assist in the creation and organization of documents,
  • reports, and presentations.
  • Handle incoming calls and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate contacts within the organization.
  • Manage office supplies and maintain adequate inventory levels.
  • Organize and maintain physical and electronic files and records.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for team members.
  • Support HR-related tasks, such as onboarding new hires and maintaining personnel records.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications
  • Previous experience in an Administrative Assistant role or similar administrative position.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
