Business Support Administrator

Our client based in the Wrexham area is currently looking for a Business Support Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. As the Business Support Administrator, you will cover all aspects of Administration and as part of the Business Support Team you will be the first point of call for customer, suppliers and sites.

Performance Objectives

  • Organising, printing, and filing of all daily paperwork
  • Answering incoming calls and monitoring emails.
  • Data inputting - Recording all data from the shop floor and inputting it into the system.
  • Recording all vaccines used and order vaccines when required.
  • Ordering supplies and managing stock.
  • Performing all other related duties as assigned.

Person Specification

  • Relevant qualification; GCSE Maths/English or equivalent, NVQ Administration or Business Support or ECDL Qualification.
  • Computer literate - Microsoft Packages - Excel, Word, Outlook.
  • Strong and professional telephone manner.
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage time effectively.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Team player.
