The Document Controller will be responsible for managing company documents while also ensuring their accuracy, quality and integrity. This role will be instrumental in effectively managing and distributing documents within the organisation and requires a keen eye for detail.

Description

  • Maintaining and managing all important documents either for a particular project or whole organisation.
  • Ensuring transfer of documents from departments is smooth and maintainable.
  • Making sure all documents are in the right location and are accessible to all internal services.
  • Ensuring all documents are stored and backed up and any loss of data is reported.
  • Checking and editing incoming documents and preparing ad hoc reports on projects as needed.
  • Maintaining confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement.
  • Collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure standards are met.
  • Assisting with communication during external audits or examinations.

Profile

A successful Document Controller should have:

  • Strong knowledge of the Property industry.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and document management software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
