The Role:
Sales Administrator required for a family run organisation that design and manufacturer components within the automotive sector.

Sales Administrator responsibilities:

  • Liaise with customers (telephone, email and face to face.
  • Process customer purchase orders, upload details on a CRM system and general administration.
  • Provide customer service with order progress, handling complaints and dealing with account issues.
  • Assist with the despatch of orders as well as planning the despatch of goods.

* Assist with stock control and replenishment.

  • Assist with updating the web site and other marketing media.
  • Attending trade shows.


Sales Administrator requirements:
The successfully appointed Sales Administrator will have the following skills and abilities:

  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Understanding Bills of material
  • The ability to close a sale
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Background in warehouse and stock experience would be useful
  • Experience of shipping goods abroad would be beneficial but not essential
