The Role of a Production Operator -
Our client is looking for a Production Operator to join their manufacturing team. The successfully appointed Production Operator will have a high attention to detail and be self-motivated to produce work that conforms to quality standards.

Responsibilities of a Production Operator


  • Support Skilled Production Operators: Work closely with experienced operators to optimize production efficiency and uphold quality standards.

  • Assist in Product Creation: Collaborate with operators to set up equipment, monitor production runs, and ensure products meet specifications.

  • Spray Coating Application: Apply coatings to parts using specialized equipment, ensuring precise and consistent coverage.

  • Machine Setup: Prepare machinery for production runs, including loading materials, adjusting settings, and conducting pre-production checks.

  • Report Completion: Generate accurate reports documenting production output and any issues encountered during the manufacturing process.

  • Machinery Maintenance: Keep machinery clean and well-maintained to ensure optimal performance, while also maintaining a tidy and safe work environment during downtime.

  • Quality Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of finished products to verify adherence to quality standards and identify any defects or deviations.

The Candidate -

  • Ability to set up production machinery.
  • Spraying experience would be advantageous.
  • Have a reliable work ethic and willing to work as part of a small team.
