Our client in Wrexham has an excellent opportunity for a Production Operative to join their team. This role involves operating various types of machinery across different areas of the factory, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate factory machinery in line with standard procedures and production schedules.
  • Conduct quality checks and maintain accurate records to ensure product compliance.
  • Carry out routine maintenance and troubleshoot any mechanical issues to reduce downtime.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and product quality.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment in line with health and safety guidelines.
  • Provide flexible support across the factory, covering for breaks, absences, and other areas when needed.

Key Performance Indicators:
  • Production Efficiency: Achieving output targets within set timeframes.
  • Quality Standards: Ensuring products meet specifications and minimising defects.
  • Machine Utilisation: Reducing downtime and optimising operational performance.

Requirements:
