Sonic Summary

Recruit4staff is seeking Production Operatives for a manufacturing company based in Ruabon.
The position offers a salary of £11.75 per hour along with a yearly performance-related bonus scheme.
Candidates are expected to have previous experience working to targets on a production line, although this is desired rather than essential.
The role includes tasks such as assembly, packaging, quality inspection, and following standard operating procedures.
This is a temp to perm role with day shifts from Monday to Thursday and an early finish on Fridays, along with every second Friday off.

For the successful Production Operator our client is offering:

£11.75 per hour + yearly performance-related bonus scheme
Day positions - Monday to Thursday 8.00am to 17.15pm - Friday 4.15pm
Temp to perm role
Every second Friday nonworking
Development opportunities within the company

The role - Production Operator:

Assembly, packaging, and labelling of products
Quality inspection of finished parts and documenting defects.
Checking and packing finished parts.
Following standard operating procedures.
Working to production targets

What our client is looking for in a Production Operator:

Dexterity and a strong attention to detail - ESSENTIAL
Previous experience working to targets on a production line - DESIRED
Maintain good attendance in role - ESSENTIAL
Able to stand up working on the line for full shift
Must be able to pass an assembly test
