Recruit4staff is seeking Production Operatives for a manufacturing company based in Ruabon, offering a salary of £11.75 per hour plus a yearly performance-related bonus scheme.
The position is a temp to perm role with day shifts from Monday to Thursday, 8:00 am to 5:15 pm, and a shorter shift on Friday ending at 4:15 pm, with every second Friday off.
Candidates must have experience in a flow-line production environment and strong attention to detail, with good attendance being essential for the role.
Responsibilities include assembly, packaging, quality inspection, and adhering to production targets while following standard operating procedures.

For the successful Production Operator our client is offering:

£11.75 per hour + yearly performance-related bonus scheme
Day positions - Monday to Thursday 8.00am to 17.15pm - Friday 4.15pm
Temp to perm role
Every second Friday nonworking
Development opportunities within the company

The role - Production Operator:

Assembly, packaging, and labelling of products
Quality inspection of finished parts and documenting defects.
Checking and packing finished parts.
Following standard operating procedures.
Working to production targets

What our client is looking for in a Production Operator:

Dexterity and a strong attention to detail - ESSENTIAL
Experience within a flow-line production environment - ESSENTIAL
Maintain good attendance in role - ESSENTIAL
Experience assembling small parts - DESIRABLE
Able to stand up working on the line for full shift
Must be able to pass an assembly test
