Role information:

We are seeking a full-time permanent production operators to join our busy masterbatch plastics manufacturing environment. Duties include the preparation of materials, precise measurement of material mixes, operating production lines and following company procedures to ensure department targets are met.

Operators will work across a rotating shift pattern, starting on £12.80 per hour based on a 39 hours per week, raising to £13.70 after a successful probationary period. We invite candidates to discuss the opportunity of working a contracted 40 hour a week.

Based on our rotating 3 shift pattern of:

  • Shift 1. 6.00am to 2.00pm Monday to Friday.
  • Shift 2. 2.00pm to 10.00pm Monday to Thursday, 2.00pm to 6.00pm on a Friday.
  • Shift 3. 10.00pm to 6.00am Sunday to Thursday

Skills and requirements:

  • Prior experience within a manufacturing environment
  • Willingness to learn and develop in the role
  • Attention for details
  • FLT licence would beneficial
