Working alongside the General Manager you will be responsible for recruiting, training, and developing the kitchen team so that they can reach their full potential.
You will be responsible for ensuring that you deliver food quality to the highest standards and constantly seek to exceed guest expectations, and fully accountable for the profit of your kitchen including ordering, deliveries, stock taking and control of wastage.
As Head Chef, you will lead by example and have full responsibility for maintaining exceptional standard of cleanliness, adhering to all aspects of Food Safety, Health & Safety compliance in accordance with the law and Company policy.

The Wynnstay Arms is located in the Welsh border market town of Ruabon - close to both Wrexham and Llangollen. The hotel has recently been refurbished with a fresh look whilst retaining its character and history. This historical and handsome large ivy-clad pub has eye-catching contrasting brick and stone. and boasts 12-bedroom beautiful bedrooms. Its impressive and stylish Eagles suite is fully licensed to hold civil ceremonies and wedding breakfasts for up to 80 guests, with evening receptions for up to 120 guests. Externally there is a large car park, garden and outside area that is the ideal place for celebrations.
