Marketing Manager

Our client based in the Wrexham currently have an opportunity for a Marketing Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. Our client is looking for a self-motivated individual with experience and a keen interest in marketing. You will be working both on your own and as part of a team, assisting the Account Managers in achieving a 25% growth in sales targets.

Performance Objectives

  • Supporting Account Managers on the delivery, planning, and measurement of campaign activities and media.
  • Delivering marketing activities for clients.
  • Contributing to the marketing strategy and ensuring all marketing activity is managed with marketing team.
  • Supporting the creation and implementation of marketing strategy.
  • Manage workflow from the client through to the studio on time, and within budget allocation.
  • Liaising with clients daily, over the phone and by email, and attending regular meetings.
  • Scheduling and managing workflow through the studio.
  • Overseeing the development, implementation, and reflection of all projects.
  • Ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Managing suppliers/external photographers, videographers, and printers.
  • Managing a small agency team and prioritising workload.
  • Translating client requests into briefs for the team.

Person Specification

  • Marketing degree or equivalent.
  • Marketing experience in Previous Roles (Approx 10 years).
  • Background and experience in marketing (essential).
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail (essential).
  • Confident and friendly approach to communications.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Use of Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent IT skills (essential).
  • Excellent communication skills, with an understanding of client needs and the ability to maintain and develop excellent client relationships.
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills.
  • Driven and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently in a demanding and varied role, but also be able to work as part of a team.
  • Excellent literacy skills (essential)
  • Experience using Google Analytics and Adwords (essential).
  • Experience with PPC, Meta Business Suite, and Social Media planning (essential).
  • Experience with SEO (essential).
  • Knowledge of creative and digital processes and marketing principles (desired).
  • Previous project management experience (desired).
  • Experience working with project management and accounting software, such as Xero and Basecamp (desired).
