Main Responsibilities to include:
- Drive New Business: Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities across the UK, Ireland, and Northern Ireland, expanding the customer base and securing high-value partnerships.
- Client Relationship Mastery: Build, nurture, and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure maximum satisfaction and repeat business.
- Sales Leadership: Manage, mentor, and grow a high-performing sales team, ensuring team targets and KPIs are consistently met or exceeded.
- Collaborative Strategy: Work closely with the CEO to develop and implement innovative sales strategies that drive growth and reinforce SPI's position as a leader in the market.
- Industry Representation: Be the face of the company at key industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to elevate brand presence and generate leads.
- Consultative Selling: Provide expert guidance to clients on creating cutting-edge, engaging leisure and play facilities tailored to their specific needs.
- Negotiation & Closing: Prepare, present, and negotiate offers and agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both SPI Global Play and our clients.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports, presenting regular updates to leadership on progress and results.
