Russell Taylor Group are recruiting an Internal Sales Executive to join our manufacturing client based in Llay.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their sales career, who is eager to develop their skills in a dynamic and supportive environment. The successful candidate will have previous experience in driving sales growth within the Agriculture, Rope, or Packaging industry.

The role:
  • Conduct in depth research to identify potential sales leads within the Agriculture, Packaging, Rope, and related industries.
  • Business development and relationship building to identify potential opportunities within target markets.
  • Establish contact with prospect clients via telephone, email and other communication methods to present products/services and generate sales opportunities.
  • Manage and build relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Understand customer requirements and deliver tailored sales solutions to meet their needs.
  • Maintain accurate and up to date records of customer interactions and sales activity.
  • Provide post sale support to ensure client satisfaction and manage any follow up requirements.
  • Regularly report on sales performance and progress towards targets.

The candidate:
  • 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in a manufacturing or related industry (Agriculture, Packaging, Rope)
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A results-driven mindset
  • Excellent research and prospecting abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales tools.
  • A proactive approach and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
