Our client, a leading company, is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join their team. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and revenue expansion. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies that enhance customer acquisition, retention, and overall company growth.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy aligned with our client's business goals, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.

2. Analyse key performance metrics and market data to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities.

3. Design and execute campaigns to drive customer acquisition through various channels such as digital marketing, sales initiatives, and partnerships.

4. Collaborate with the product team to identify opportunities for new product offerings, feature enhancements, or market expansions.

5. Foster cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and execution of sales strategies.

6. Stay updated on market trends, competitive landscape, and customer behaviour to identify and capitalise on growth opportunities.

Skills Required:

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management roles, preferably in B2B sectors.
  • Strong strategic thinking abilities to develop long-term growth strategies based on market trends and customer behaviour.
  • Excellent data-driven decision-making skills, leveraging insights to optimise performance and drive growth.
  • Deep understanding of customer acquisition and retention strategies, with a focus on enhancing the customer experience and increasing lifetime value.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment, embrace innovation, and find creative solutions to drive growth.

Experience Required:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management roles.
  • Experience in tech-empowered/led organisations and/or sales-focused organisations with a proven track record of driving growth through strategic initiatives.
