The RoleWe are expanding and looking for an ambitious and dynamic Sales Representative to join the UK team. While field sales experience is a great advantage, it's not essential - we're looking for someone with a passion for sales, who is confident, outgoing, and ready to drive new business opportunities. This is a field-based role, meaning regular travel is essential
Key Responsibilities
- Identify new sales markets and segments to target.
- Proactively seek new customers and build strong relationships with existing clients.
- Represent the clients leisure concepts, products, and services.
- Conduct customer meetings and presentations, both virtually and in person.
- Prepare tailored price offers and negotiate sales terms.
- Drive the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design solutions that meet customer needs.
- Participate in exhibitions and trade shows.
- Regularly update and maintain CRM records, tracking sales activities and opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the General Sales Director.
The ideal candidateWe are looking for someone who:
- Is confident and outgoing, comfortable working with a variety of customers.
- Has a positive attitude and a strong drive for success in sales.
- Is organised and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently.
- Has excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Enjoys working in a team and collaborating across departments.
- Has a driving license and their own car (due to travel requirements).
- Field sales experience is a plus but not required - a passion for sales and a desire to learn is what matters most!
