Then look no further…Site SupervisorSalary - £32,315 - £38,018 per annum (plus benefits)Hours - 42.5 hours per week, 7.30am to 5.00pmLocation Postcode - Wrexham Recycling Park, Bryn Lane, Wrexham Ind Est, Wrexham LL13 9UTAs Site Supervisor at FCC Environment, you will ensure that the HRC’s, MBT, MRF, TS & IVC is operated in accordance with all regulatory standards, O&M good practice and all relevant FCC company policies and procedures, whilst implementing and upholding all necessary SHEQ values and behaviours.This vacancy is for a full-time position, working 5 days per week, however, we will consider requests for job shares to suit your lifestyle (working full days).Our promise to you- 25 days’ annual leave (full-time working) plus Bank Holidays- Pension scheme- Life Insurance- Discretionary bonus scheme- On the job training/progression- Recognition- Flexible benefits including high street savings, cycle to work scheme and Gymflex membership- Access to an Employee Assistance Programme and the Best Doctors ServiceWhat will you be doing?- Manage existing and future operational facilities and develop new opportunities within the area- Implement the Group’s Health and Safety Policy & Environmental Policy- Ensure that the Facilities are operated in an efficient and safe manner- Carry out all Regulatory and IMS defined requirements- Ensure the efficient and safe handling of recyclable materials and residual waste- Maintain the IMS and Statutory Regulations on-site- Ensure sites are maximising recycling performances to meet targets- Maintain day-to-day contact with the Environment Agency and undertake regular liaison meetings- Liaise with customers to ensure their needs are met on-site- Manage contracts and liaise with customers- Ensure control of operational costs within budget and maximisation of cash generation from the business units- Manage and control all capital and provisions expenditure- Control the repair and maintenance procedures of equipment on-sites- Carry out operational cost reporting- Participate in the preparation of forecasts and budgets- Ensure the accuracy of inputted information from the Weighbridge for invoicing purposes- Select and retain the necessary complement of operatives to operate the facilities to the appropriate standard- Provide training to ensure that the facility operatives possess the necessary range of skills to produce the required resultsWhat are we looking for?- Previous experience in a similar roleAbout UsWe are FCC Environment, one of the nation’s leading waste and resource management companies.
