Managing a caseload of residential property transactions from start to finish
Conducting thorough property searches and due diligence
Crafting and reviewing legal documents
Collaborating effectively with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders
Providing expert guidance on property law matters
Ensuring strict compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory standards

Requirements:

Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer
A minimum of 2-3 years of post-qualification experience
Strong grasp of property law and conveyancing processes
Exceptional communication and client-facing skills
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a cohesive team
While a driving license and access to a car are advantageous, they are not mandatory
