Our client, a well-established and growing training company is recruiting for a Welsh SpeakingManagement Assessor to join them on a maternity contract for 1 year initially, with the option to go permanent following this.

The role will be covering North Wales and will be fully remote, so candidates can based anywhere in Wales with occasional travel to Cardiff.

In this key role, you will work with a caseload of learners to support and encourage them through their framework learning process, ensuring that learners are engaged, have regular monthly reviews, and have access to all learning materials in order to succeed in their qualification; whilst managing the framework compliance.

What you will be doing:

  • Deliver Induction sessions to provide an overview of their chosen Framework (3 Management, Level 4 / 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management, Level 4 Project Management).
  • Support in the attainment of Essential Skills controlled tasks and assessments in Application of Number, Communication and Digital Literacy.
  • Support their learning journey through effective assessment planning, feedback and regular learner interaction.
  • Provide constructive feedback to learners on an ongoing basis to ensure they progress through their programme successfully.
  • Share knowledge, skills and experience to develop learners understanding and competence in their chosen qualification area.
  • Effectively manage the quality assurance, performance and conformance, and employer engagement processes to ensure that all processes are followed, and all parties are fully engaged.

What you will need:

  • Fluent in Welsh.
  • NVQ/VRQ Level 5 Leadership and Management qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Project Management qualification (Prince 2, Six Sigma) or an equivalent
  • Good level of Maths and English.
  • Proven track record in working within similar roles.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Highly self-motivated individual with a positive 'can do' attitude.
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with learners and employers.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Driver with own vehicle is essential.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary will start at 30k with the opportunity to go up to 34k on attainment of initial objectives.
