We are seeking a Credit Controller to join our Clients Accounts team. This role involves managing accounts across two companies, ensuring timely payments and maintaining accurate financial records. The ideal candidate will be adept at using financial software and possess excellent communication skills to handle customer interactions professionally.
Day-to-day of the role:- Chasing payments via email and telephone.
- Allocating remittances to ledgers and processing cash postings onto the SAP system.
- Reconciling customer accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Opening and monitoring new accounts and setting credit limits.
- Handling copy invoices and preparing daily banking and monthly direct debit collections.
- Experience in customer service, particularly over the phone, in a polite and professional manner.
- High level of computer literacy.
- Experience with SAP is advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided.
- Ability to liaise with internal departments like Customer Services to resolve issues.
