Being a Services Senior Analyst, you will deliver a world-class service to the financial industry, having a passion for client services, and a willingness to quickly learn and execute at a high level across a variety of complex processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle internal and external client requests.
  • The ability to effectively communicate ideas, build rapport and develop relationships with internal clients and manage client expectations.
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail.
  • Take ownership of requests received.
  • Carry out client requests in accordance with the processes and procedures that have been put in place.
  • Complete required tasks to create, change or remove client and user profiles for all services.
  • Respond to requests, ensuring that all timescales and SLAs are strictly adhered too.
  • Recognise high importance tasks and take appropriate action following predefined criteria.
  • Liaise with colleagues globally to facilitate a speedy and effective set-up of new clients.
  • Follow all procedures and rules when carrying out tasks
  • Understand the need of the client, team members and key stakeholders across the business.

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of financial / trade experience.

Bachelor’s or Associate degree preferred.

Ability to work well in a team.

Strong MS Office knowledge.

Full training is expertly provided to get you up to speed!

Hours of Work: Monday - Friday 13:00 - 21:00

Salary: Competitive salary, a generous shift allowance and company bonus.

Work pattern: Hybrid available (3 days in the office - 2 days at home)
