Assist customers via phone and email.

Handle inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally.

Stay informed about our services.

Work with team members to resolve issues.

You must have

Experience in customer service, especially in a busy office.

Strong communication skills.

Good problem-solving and attention to detail.

Ability to multitask under pressure.

Proficient with customer service software

Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

In return you can expect a salary of up to 25,000 pa working Monday to Friday 8:30 - 5:00 plus benefits
