As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for our valued customers, handling inquiries, booking appointments, and providing comprehensive support throughout all stages of service and maintenance works. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring effective and efficient administrative operations while maintaining our high standards of customer service.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Answer and manage incoming calls, obtaining client information and verifying details.
  • Resolve customer issues and maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Record conversation notes and customer information on the internal company IT system.
  • Allocate resources effectively and monitor PDA usage to ensure optimal performance.
  • Provide detailed information and support to residents regarding service, repairs, installations, and electrical works.
  • Maintain a central filing system as directed and manage contract-specific KPI demands.
  • Liaise with clients, residents, Field Operation Technicians, and Field Operation Managers to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Update client-specific IT systems and maintain administration processes and procedures.
  • Perform any other duties as requested by the Customer Service Manager or Head of Administration.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • NVQ in Business Administration or Customer Service is desirable.
  • Experience in a high-volume, high-pressure environment.
  • Significant experience in a customer service role, dealing directly with the public.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of managing electronic communications.
