Customer Service Advisor
Starting Pay: 11.44 per hour, rising to 12.04 per hour after 12 weeks

The Role:
Our client, a leading provider in the education industry, is expanding their team and seeking a Customer Service Administrator to assist with learner queries and data entry. Full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing incoming calls
  • Uploading learner information into a bespoke system
  • General data entry tasks
  • Liaising with training officers, companies, and apprentices
  • Reviewing and validating recorded data
  • Occasionally making outbound calls


The Ideal Candidate:
The successful Customer Service Administrator will possess:

  • Excellent customer service skills with confidence in handling inbound calls
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy
  • An understanding of safeguarding practices
  • Strong communication skills (listening, verbal, and written)
