Due to their continued growth, they are looking to hire an Tele sales representative to support the business.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal communications and active listening skills
  • Strong phone presence and experience dialling multiple calls per day.
  • Patience, time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks.
  • Experience working with a CRM system.
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
  • Excellent numeracy skills for accurate and speedy calculations of sales prices, discounts, and percentages.

About role:

  • To sell services via phone, email, or other online channels.
  • Supporting field-based Business Development Managers.
  • Upselling products and services
  • Researching for new leads
  • Developing new sales opportunities using outbound cold emails, cold calls, and lead follow-ups
  • Maintaining and improving the database or prospects

Responsibilities:

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements.
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate BDM for further development and closure.
  • Close sales and achieve targets.
  • Maintain and expand a database of prospects within our assigned  territories.
  • Team with channel partners to build the pipeline and close deals.
