About the Role: As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students both inside and outside the classroom. You will work closely with teaching staff to enhance lesson delivery, provide one-on-one support for students who need additional help, and contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist students across a range of subjects, ensuring that each student has the opportunity to reach their full potential
  • Help prepare resources for lessons and support teachers in delivering engaging content
  • Provide targeted support to students with special educational needs (SEN) and help implement personalised interventions
  • Promote positive behavior and a safe, respectful learning environment

About You:

  • Experience in a similar role or working with children is desirable, though not essential
  • A genuine passion for education and helping students succeed
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt
  • Patience, empathy, and the ability to build strong rapport with students
