My client is a multi disciplined global engineering group who are experiencing a period of sustained growth. They are recruiting Approved Electricians to join their expanding team. These opportunities will be managed from the Wrexham business, from which, they deliver services to clients throughout the UK.

Key Responsibilities & Accountability

Reporting to a Contracts Manager, but with significant on site responsibilities, these opportunities will require you to be:

  • Inspection, Test, and Certification of various locations within commercial, industrial, domestic and health care sector
  • Installation upgrade and remediation work
  • LED Lighting installation/upgrade
  • Willing to work away from home (project dependent)
  • Keen to fulfil customers’ targets involving overtime as and when required

Qualifications, Experience & Personal Attributes

  • Time served apprenticeship within electrical engineering
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience within a similar electrical industry
  • Approved electrician grading (electrician grade may be considered
  • 18th Edition
  • Competent to work directly from drawings and scopes of work
  • C&G 2391 Qualified (or current equivalent)
  • Broad understanding of electrical regulations BS 7671:2018 & Guidance note 3
  • Computer/software literate
  • Full UK Driving licence
