Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for the CEO, handling inquiries professionally and efficiently.
  • Facilitate communication between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring updates are relayed and followed up promptly.
  • Lead projects and training initiatives, particularly within Curriculum-Based Projects and Multi-Professional Services.
  • Prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations to support strategic business objectives.
  • Maintain oversight across the CEO’s portfolio of companies, ensuring seamless collaboration.
  • Organise and coordinate high-level meetings, conferences, and events, ensuring all logistics and materials are prepared in advance.
  • Manage multiple priorities with efficiency, discretion, and professionalism.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role supporting senior executives.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in managing relationships, liaising with multiple stakeholders, and following up on key actions.
  • Ability to prepare professional reports, correspondence, and presentations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant business tools.
  • A proactive and adaptable mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience or knowledge of the education sector is highly desirable.
