- Proactively engaging with SMEs through outbound calls and emails, building relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Handling inbound inquiries and convert leads into successful deals. Please note: Incoming leads are only allocated based on personal performance against set targets.Â
- Working with pre-qualified leads and prospect for new opportunities to grow your client base.
- Calculating finance terms and monthly payments, tailoring solutions to meet client needs.
- Closing deals confidently, and working directly with funders to ensure smooth processing.
- Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of clients by leveraging your existing network.
- Collaborating with funders to finalise deal structures and manage documentation.
- A proven track record in business development or account management, with a focus on Asset Finance or Business Loans.
- Have a strong ability to generate new business and meet ambitious targets.
- Experience in unsecured lending, equipment leasing and asset finance.
- Excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to maintain long-term partnerships.
- Familiarity with industry regulations such as FCA compliance and money laundering guidelines.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
