Assistant Finance Business Partner / Near Wrexham / Permanent opportunity / Up to £38,000 DOE

Accountable Recruitment are supporting a high-growth FMCG business based near Wrexham as they recruit for an Assistant Finance Business Partner to join their team.

This is an integral role within the company and you will work closely with Department Heads & the FC / FD. The purpose of the role is to improve processes and support key business decision making through the interpretation and presentation of data along with KPI tracking / margin analysis / variance analysis / etc.

This role is perfect for candidates looking for a hands on role with plenty of exposure across functions and departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide financial analysis and insights to drive cost efficiency and profitability.
• Business partner between departments to support operational managers in decision-making.
• Collaborate with production teams to forecast and manage budgets.
• KPI reporting specific to manufacturing operations.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports, ensuring compliance with internal controls.
• Recommend and Implement efficiencies and help drive business.

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong data skillset with proven experience
• Technically strong - advanced Excel skills
• ERP experience
• Strong analytical skills
• QBE / Part-Qualified ACCA CIMA
• Manufacturing experience is ideal but non-essential
• Good communicator to liaise across departments
