Hays Health & Safety are excited to be supporting a Large Biopharmaceutical Company based in North Wales. Due to significant investment and expansion, they are seeking a passionate EHS & OH Advisor, committed to the Health & Safety of the site.You will have previous experience in an EHS Advisory capacity and hold a NEBOSH General certificate.You will ideally have a background in a pharmaceutical, manufacturing or laboratory environment and have experience with employee engagement and coaching.Your new roleIn the role of EHS & OH Advisor you will need to;

  • Provide Health & Safety advice to site teams and key stakeholders.
  • Participate in EHS audits and inspections.
  • Maintain & improve EHS Management systems.
  • Regularly review Risk Assessments.
  • Devise and deliver training programmes.
  • Carry out toolbox talks.

What you'll need to succeedTo be successful, you must have a positive and strong commitment to Health & Safety and be able to project this, ensuring teams on site are compliant with legislation and are audit ready at all times.You will be a hands-on dynamic individual and be able to prioritise workloads and have a sound knowledge of current Health & Safety legislation. You will have fantastic interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively at all levels of the business.
