Sonic Summary

Venn Group is seeking a full-time hybrid Administrator for a healthcare organization in North Wales for a 2-3 month contract.
Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office and 365, possess strong keyboard skills, and have experience in reporting and minute taking.
The role requires the ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and communicate effectively at all levels within the organization.
The successful candidate will be required to work on-site once a week.
The position offers a salary of £12-£14 per hour and requires prior experience in administration.

Venn Group are currently partnered with a healthcare organisation in the North Wales area who urgently require a fulltime hybrid Administrator for a 2 - 3 month contract.

Proficiant in Microsoft Office and 365.
Able to use own initiative and judgement.
Have the ability to support and deliver to deadlines on a wide range of administration processes.
Have experience of communicating directly at all levels in an organisation.
Able to report production and minute taking.
Proficient in keyboard skills.
Experienced in planning, organising and prioritising own workload.

The role will require the sucessful candidate to be based on site once a week.
