As a Director, you’ll play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of the firm while managing client service delivery. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing a portfolio of high-value clients across a variety of industries
• Providing strategic advice to clients, acting as a trusted business advisor
• Leading and mentoring the team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture
• Identifying opportunities to expand the firm’s service offering and client base
• Overseeing the preparation and review of statutory accounts, tax returns, and business advisory work
• Contributing to the firm’s strategic planning and succession goals
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention

• ACA, ACCA, or an equivalent qualification
• Extensive experience in an accountancy practice, including senior leadership roles
• A proven track record of managing client portfolios and delivering exceptional service
• Strong technical expertise in accounts preparation, tax, and business advisory services
• Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor a team
• A commercial mindset with experience in driving growth and identifying new opportunities
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships

• £100,000 - £140,000 per annum
