Role ResponsibilitiesAs a Director, you’ll play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of the firm while managing client service delivery. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a portfolio of high-value clients across a variety of industries
- Providing strategic advice to clients, acting as a trusted business advisor
- Leading and mentoring the team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture
- Identifying opportunities to expand the firm’s service offering and client base
- Overseeing the preparation and review of statutory accounts, tax returns, and business advisory work
- Contributing to the firm’s strategic planning and succession goals
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention

Candidate Requirements- ACA, ACCA, or an equivalent qualification
- Extensive experience in an accountancy practice, including senior leadership roles
- A proven track record of managing client portfolios and delivering exceptional service
- Strong technical expertise in accounts preparation, tax, and business advisory services
- Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor a team
- A commercial mindset with experience in driving growth and identifying new opportunities
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships
- £100,000 - £140,000 per annum
